3.DELIVERY CONDITIONS:
3.1 Delivery condition:
FOB Qingdao/ Shanghai port or CIF destination Port.
3.2 Delivery terms:
Within 10-14 working days after receipt of advanced payment, the seller should inform the buyer to do inspection,the seller should finish packing of goods and ready for shipment within 15 working days after the seller receipt thefull payment.
4.WARRANTY TERMS
4.1 Warranty period:
12 months, starting from the machine receipt in customers warehouse
4.2 Seller shall grant:
services and spare parts, free-of-charge service throughout the entire equipment during warranty period.4.3 long life service: the seller should provide long life servicefor the sold goods, the buyer pay for needed spare parts after the 12months warranty terms.
5.INSPECTION
When the machine finished,the seller should inform the buyer to do inspection before shipment, the sellerguaranty good performance of all the sold goods.
The seller undertake the material cost for the machinein spection in seller's factory.
The buyer should come to seller's factory to do theinspection work,or the buyer could entrust anythird party to come to seller's factory to do the inspection work.
6.INSTALLATION AND EOUIPMENTCOMMISSIONING:
If the buyer requires, the seller should send technician teamto buyer's factory for installation and testing the whole line,and the buyer should undertake the whole food/place and round tickets(airplane, food, hotel, and so on), and pay salary to engineer for 100 usd/day/engineer.
Package
About Packing, for small size or single machine, we can offer free fumigation wooden case with steel frame, it not only can protect machine from damage, but also avoid checking when expcrting.
For multiple machines or production ine, it's better to loaded instandard container 20GP,40GP,40HQ,unually it needs wrapped with plasitc firstly,then loaded in container.
How to packing of our machine:
1.Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 2Oft 40ft，40hp container.
2.Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will bepacked in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packedby Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
3.Or as per customer's requirements
We can offer EXW, FOB and CIF terms.
EXW: You arrange the shipping details from our factory to your port by yourself.
FOB:We arrange freight transport to Qingdao,Shanghai or other ports of China, then you arrange the shipping details from China port to your country port.
CIF:We arrange all shipping details to your countryport, and ensure machines smooth arrival.
